A little Palm Beach, a little sporting, and entirely one of one.
Palmier is a sculptural Cami Claudel bag handcrafted from natural open-weave cane and hand-knotted cord in deep garden green and soft blush pink.
Across the front, a dimensional palm tree is formed entirely from cord, with individually shaped fronds and a wrapped trunk that rises from the natural cane body. Above it, an open macramé upper alternates green and blush knots before gathering around a pair of natural wood ring handles.
The construction itself becomes part of the design. Green and blush cord lace the sides and base by hand, creating visible texture from every angle. Tucked into the side lacing are three golf tees, an intentionally playful detail that gives Palmier a subtle country-club wink.
Like every Cami Claudel, Palmier was designed and constructed individually, not reproduced from a fixed pattern. The placement of the knots, proportions, cane, embellishment, and finishing developed as the piece was made.

The Cami Claudel Collection explores the meeting point between structure and softness. Natural cane gives each bag its architectural foundation while hand-knotted cord, sculptural details, and intentionally visible construction allow each piece to develop its own character.
No two are exactly alike.
Palmier (palm-YAY) is French for palm tree.
Care
Because Palmier is handmade from natural cane and cord, variations in the weave and construction are part of the piece. Handle gently and store in a dry place away from prolonged moisture. Avoid crushing the bag or placing heavy objects on top of it.
